Job summary

Kuda is seeking a Head of BI & Analytics to lead our BI & Analytics function, delivering trusted reporting and product insight that drive decisions across the business. You will lead a BI Engineering team scaling the semantic layer as the single source of truth, and an Analytics team embedded in product squads driving deeper product insight and more advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data teams of managers, engineers and analysts.
• Strong SQL and ability to review team's work.
• Data development practices: tables, models, tests, deployment.
• Experience designing or scaling a semantic layer and KPIs.
• Forecasting and modelling experience (LTV, revenue, unit economics).
• Ability to shape product strategy with data, including pricing.
• Proven adoption of BI tools among non-technical teams.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Perspective on AI in BI and practical plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop BI Engineering, pricing and product analytics teams.
• Own the BI strategy and roadmap, including semantic layer in new BI platform and governance of gold-layer domains.
• Drive adoption of BI platform and agentic AI across Kuda with change management across product, CX, marketing and operations.
• Own core business reporting and KPI definitions, ensuring accuracy and ownership.
• Support design and tracking of company OKRs.
• Develop Analytics team through product squad engagement, experimentation and advanced analytics.
• Help shape product and commercial strategy with analytical cases and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support/own forecasting and financial modelling (LTV, revenue, unit economics).
• Define AI strategy for BI and analytics with governance and privacy guardrails.
• Work with Data Engineering on data landing and standards for deployment to production.
• Uphold development best practices and retire unused dashboards.
• Turn business questions into priorities and present findings to leadership.
