HumanRise ZA is seeking a veterinary nursing leader to head the nursing team and coordinate daily operations in Riyadh or Jeddah. You will ensure compassionate patient care, supervise staff, and manage handovers while maintaining high infection-control standards.

The role requires a recognised veterinary nursing qualification, inpatient-care and anaesthetic-monitoring skills, and willingness to relocate for residential work with emergencies and shifts.

Qualifications

• Recognised veterinary nursing qualification.
• Experience leading or supervising nursing teams.
• Strong inpatient-care, surgical assistance, and anaesthetic monitoring.
• Willingness to relocate and cover shifts including emergencies.

• Allocate duties and coordinate nursing staff and workloads.
• Oversee patient monitoring, inpatient care and recovery support.
• Train and mentor nurses and support new employee induction.
• Maintain infection control, supplies and equipment readiness.

• Willingness to relocate and participate in shift and emergency coverage

These positions are residential and based either in Riyadh or Jeddah and are residential with annual leave and a return flight back to South Africa. Our client makes use of modern medical equipment and technology.
