Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all gardens, grounds, and outside estate areas.
• Direct, lead, and supervise an established team of 14 garden staff.
• Manage water resource systems, irrigation, and overall property water management.
• Coordinate and oversee all external maintenance activities, ensuring the highest standards across the entire exterior property (excluding interior residential maintenance).

Requirements
