Babylonstoren in Franschhoek seeks a visionary Head Gardener to lead a renowned garden team with creativity and strong leadership. You will guide strategic initiatives, plant health, irrigation, and landscape projects to maintain world-class standards and exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage a diverse team of ~70, drive continuous improvement, and oversee budgeting and workshops for visitors and staff.

Qualifications

• Academic qualification related to horticulture or agriculture.
