Qualifications

• Minimum of five years as Head Chef or senior chef in a bistro, wine estate, boutique hotel, or relaxed hospitality environment.
• Seasonal, produce-driven menus that are approachable, flavorful, and well-executed.

Responsibilities

• Own and run a seasonal, produce-driven bistro menu.
• Lead a small kitchen team with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
• Maintain a warm, personal atmosphere for guests and estate residents.
• Oversee procurement, stock control and food cost management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety legislation and hygiene standards.
