Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.

• Experience in an upmarket / quality-driven restaurant environment.
• Strong understanding of food costing, stock control and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• High standards of consistency, food quality and presentation.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
