Qualifications

• Culinary diploma or equivalent professional culinary qualification.
• Experience as Head Chef / Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in hospitality.
• Strong experience in menu development, kitchen management and food cost control.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse kitchen team.
• Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality food across all services with exceptional presentation.
• Develop and maintain menus reflecting the property’s offering and guest expectations.
• Monitor guest feedback and address quality or service concerns.
• Manage food costs within budget targets and minimise waste.
• Lead kitchen operations during peak periods and events.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and equipment care.
• Provide training, coaching and performance feedback.
• Foster a professional kitchen culture and retain staff.
