Qualifications

• Culinary qualification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years in head chef or senior kitchen role.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a kitchen team.
• Strong costing, stock control and margin understanding.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene compliance.
• Willing to relocate to East London.
• Reliable, hands-on, and able to work under pressure during peak service.
