Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Bartender or senior mixologist in a high-volume, quality establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail-making techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative and appealing drink recipes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and bar costing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative and seasonal cocktail menus, alongside a comprehensive wine and spirits list.
• Lead, train, and motivate the bar team, ensuring high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Manage bar inventory, including stock rotation, ordering, and cost control to meet financial targets.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
• Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a memorable drinking experience.
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager on promotions, events, and new beverage initiatives.
