Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, industrial psychology, organizational development, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR technology and digital transformation.
• Analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Comfortable explaining ideas or presenting information.

Responsibilities

• Support Solution Engineers in preparing demos and presentations for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Document customer HR processes, challenges, and requirements in discovery sessions.
• Assist with creating solution outlines, value messaging, and HR process maps.
• Research HR trends, workforce technology, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Consulting teams on internal projects.
• Maintain demo environments, content libraries, and reference materials.
• Participate in training to deepen understanding of Oracle HCM.
