Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, or related HR field.
• Interest in HR technology and digital transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare demos and presentations for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Document customer HR processes, challenges, and requirements during discovery sessions.
• Create solution outlines, value messaging, and HR process maps.
• Research HR trends, workforce technology, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Consulting teams on internal projects.
• Maintain demo environments, content libraries, and reference materials.
• Participate in training to deepen understanding of Oracle HCM and modern HR practices.
