Job summary

Omnia Group in Sasolburg is seeking a hands-on HANDYMAN – SERVICES AND UTILITIES for the Omnia Fertilizer division. You will perform repairs, maintenance, painting and basic plumbing to support safe and efficient operations.

The role requires 2-5 years in civil/building work, with a willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with standard office tools. A forklift/cherry picker licence is a plus.

Qualifications

• Matric with Maths and Science is required.
• 2-5 years experience in civil work or building environments preferred.
• Forklift/cherry picker licence is an advantage.

ROLE IMPACT

The suitable candidate for this position will be responsible for executing workshop activities at the Omnia Fertilizer division in Sasolburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing multiple repair and maintenance tasks throughout the day, which could include the flowing, but is not limited to plumbing and general facility repairs, as well as building work. All activities, roles and responsibilities are aligned to the world class (manufacturing) philosophy, principles and practices.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Matric (Maths and Science) / Grade 12
• Forklift and Cherry picker license will be an advantage
