Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related life sciences.
• 1-3 years hands-on experience in a molecular biology lab.
• Proficiency in essential molecular biology techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team.

Responsibilities

• Perform molecular biology techniques: DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, cloning, sequencing prep.
• Maintain cell cultures and perform cell-based assays as required by protocols.
• Assist in experimental design, data collection, and preliminary analysis.
• Ensure lab equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
