Frogg Recruitment SA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for a busy residential complex in Bothasig, Cape Town. You will oversee day-to-day maintenance, supervise activities, and perform hands-on work to keep common areas safe and well-maintained for residents.

Applicants should have 5+ years in a maintenance supervisory role, multi-trade skills (plumbing, electrical, landscaping, general repairs), and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role.
• Mechanical or technical certificate/diploma is a bonus but not required.
• Proficiency in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, landscaping, general repairs).
• Ability to manage multiple maintenance tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness for climbing, lifting, and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
