Placements24 is seeking a proactive Fitness Centre Supervisor to lead our Centurion gym, oversee day-to-day operations, ensure a safe and motivating environment for members, and supervise a team of instructors and support staff.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional member experiences, developing fitness programs, driving member engagement, and coordinating equipment maintenance and cleanliness, with opportunities for professional growth within a health-conscious company.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness centre management or a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of fitness disciplines, equipment, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the fitness centre, including member services and cleanliness.
• Supervise, train, and schedule instructors and front desk staff.
• Develop and implement fitness programs and community events to boost engagement.
• Ensure safety by enforcing rules and conducting equipment checks.
• Manage membership sales, renewals, and inquiries.
• Monitor trends and recommend equipment or services to enhance the member experience.
