Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in gym management or a related leadership role in the fitness industry.
• Proven track record in sales, marketing, and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of fitness professionals, front desk staff, and maintenance personnel.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase membership sales and retention.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of gym facilities and equipment.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all members at all times.
