Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in hospitality, preferably guesthouses or boutique hotels.
• Proven staff leadership and guest relations capabilities.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and cost-control experience.
• Proficiency with property management systems and front desk procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the guesthouse, including front office, housekeeping, and F&B if applicable.
• Lead and motivate staff, ensure training and performance standards.
• Manage reservations, inquiries, and guest needs with exceptional service.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the property.
• Control procurement, inventory, and operating costs for profitability.
• Develop marketing and sales strategies to attract guests.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow.
• Ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance.
