Qualifications

• 3+ years in guest relations or similar customer-facing role in hospitality.
• Diplomatic, empathetic handling of guest concerns.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English.
• Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for guests, addressing inquiries, providing information, and facilitating a seamless stay.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs and preferences, offering personalized service and recommendations.
• Manage guest feedback, resolve complaints efficiently and effectively, and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure guest requests are met promptly.
• Maintain guest profiles and preferences to enhance future stays and build loyalty.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes during peak times and provide concierge services.
