Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the Hospitality & Tourism sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of hotel operations is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality is an advantage.
