Job summary

Stellenbosch Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will lead the team, coordinate shifts, manage stock, and assist with food, wine and beverage service in line with our standards and values.

The role requires hospitality qualifications and at least one year of supervisory experience, with WSET 1 advantageous. Candidates must be able to handle guest queries, work weekends, and maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Hospitality qualification from an accredited institution (NQF 5).
• Minimum one year of supervision experience in a restaurant.
• WSET Level 1 is advantageous.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak times.
