Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Retail, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 1-2 years' experience in retail admin, replenishment, or supply chain (graduates welcome)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Interest in retail technology and AI tools

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and sales trends
• Generate replenishment orders and track supplier performance
• Maintain accurate product and supplier data
• Analyse sales and inventory reports to support buying decisions
