Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Management Consultant with a focus on business development to join our Kimberley team. You will identify new client opportunities, expand service offerings, and strengthen client relationships, driving strategic growth.

The role requires a proactive approach and a proven track record in securing engagements. With 6+ years of relevant experience, you will craft compelling proposals, lead market analysis, and collaborate across teams to price and scope projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, sales or client-facing roles (consulting preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving growth targets and securing new client engagements.
• Strong understanding of consulting services and value propositions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and develop effective business strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential new client opportunities and market segments.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and service offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients in Kimberley.
