Placements24 is seeking a proactive Management Consultant focused on Business Development to join our established practice in Sandton, Gauteng. The role centers on identifying new client opportunities, nurturing relationships, and expanding our service offerings within a competitive market.

You will craft tailored proposals, present to prospective clients, and work with consulting teams to scope projects and define client solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or management consulting, with a focus on client acquisition.
Proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Strong understanding of consulting services and the ability to articulate value propositions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to network with senior business leaders.
