Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Performance Engines to accelerate self-service and e-commerce growth across its digital product portfolio. You will transform validated growth opportunities into repeatable revenue systems, take signals and build the performance engine around them, and scale what works.

You will oversee hands-on performance marketing across TLS, certificates, and DNS products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, paid media, or e-commerce marketing.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical instincts to diagnose performance across traffic, audience, channel, offer, and creative.
• Ability to manage budgets, pacing, testing roadmaps, tracking, attribution, and reporting for multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and optimize performance engines across self-service, e-commerce checkout, cross-sell, upsell, and sales-assisted motions.
• Own paid media performance across paid search, paid social, retargeting, display, YouTube, affiliates, and emerging channels.
• Partner with design team to develop and test creative assets including social ads, infographics, and banners.
• Continuously test and optimize audiences, offers, creative, landing pages, bidding strategies, and channel mix to improve ROAS.
• Own the e-commerce conversion experience from traffic to checkout, including landing pages, promotions, and cart behavior.
