• Agency experience managing multiple accounts.
• Own channel strategy and client-facing communication.
• Proven record turning around underperforming accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth marketing function and lead the PPC and SEO strategists.
• Set quality standards for audits and reporting.
• Ensure client results and transparent attribution reporting.
• Lead escalation when accounts are at risk and liaise with clients.
• Plan hiring for the department and conduct first-round interviews.
• Define channel budget allocation as accounts scale.
