The role requires 2–4 years in e-commerce ops or digital marketing, with experience using Shopify/WooCommerce and CMS, plus scheduling tools. Strong organization and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce ops or digital marketing, with social media coordination focus.
• Proficiency with Shopify or WooCommerce and CMS platforms.
• Experience managing social media accounts and using scheduling tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent written/verbal communication.
• Familiarity with online advertising platforms is a plus; ability to analyze data and produce basic reports.
• Based in or able to commute to Randburg, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations: website maintenance, order processing, and customer inquiries.
