Qualifications

• Grade 12
• H Dip degree in Agriculture (preferably with horticulture as a subject)
• FAIS compliance
• Commercial and Personal Lines and RE a preference
• Driver’s licence

Responsibilities

• Identify new potential clients/intermediaries and gather market intelligence.
• Provide input into broker business with analysis and manage intermediary client lists.
• Prepare and deliver quotes (direct and via intermediary).
• Grow the portfolio through direct sales and intermediaries.
• Execute relationship management with intermediaries and clients.
• Attend meetings to discuss performance statistics and growth.
• Promote Santam through marketing activities to intermediaries, clients and community.
