• Honours Degree in Taxation, Finance, Accounting or equivalent is essential.
• Master's Degree in Taxation is highly advantageous.
• Experience in multinational or multi-jurisdictional environments preferred.
• Strong English communication and advisory skills to translate complex tax concepts into practical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax advisory support on transactions, restructures, tenders, and expansion projects.
• Advise on international tax, transfer pricing, VAT, withholding tax, and indirect tax matters
• Assess cross-border transactions and identify tax risks and opportunities
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and in-country specialists
• Oversee tax compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions
• Support transfer pricing policies, documentation, and intercompany arrangements
• Review commercial contracts and provide tax guidance before implementation
• Assist with tax reporting, audits, risk management, and tax authority engagements
• Partner with finance, legal, and executive stakeholders across the business
• Drive improvements in tax governance, controls, and processes

Job Description

• Provide tax advisory support on transactions, restructures, tenders, and expansion projects
• Advise on international tax, transfer pricing, VAT, withholding tax, and indirect tax matters
• Assess cross-border transactions and identify tax risks and opportunities
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and in-country specialists
• Oversee tax compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions
• Support transfer pricing policies, documentation, and intercompany arrangements
• Review commercial contracts and provide tax guidance before implementation
• Assist with tax reporting, audits, risk management, and tax authority engagements
• Partner with finance, legal, and executive stakeholders across the business

Skills & Experience

• 4-6 years of tax experience within a multinational, consulting, or multi-jurisdictional environment
• Strong knowledge of international tax, transfer pricing, VAT, and withholding taxes
• Experience managing cross-border tax matters and external advisory partners
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate technical tax concepts into practical solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to operate independently in a specialist role
• Exposure to African and/or Middle Eastern jurisdictions advantageous

Qualification

• Honours Degree in Taxation, Finance, Accounting OR Equivalent is essential
• Master's Degree in Taxation - highly advantageous
