Clicks Group is seeking an experienced IT Governance Manager to lead the GRC framework across the group, including UPD and other entities. You will design, implement and continuously improve governance, risk management and regulatory compliance across technology, data and third-party risk.

The role requires strong collaboration with cyber security, architecture and assurance teams to ensure audit readiness, effective controls and resilient technology operations within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing IT governance frameworks and controls.
• Proven ability to manage risk, audit readiness and policy compliance.
• Strong knowledge of King V, COBIT, ISO 27001 and NIST frameworks.
