ATS Client in Johannesburg invites an IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Specialist to develop and implement IT GRC frameworks aligned with international standards. You will manage IT audits, risks, and compliance while delivering regular IT reporting to senior management.

The role requires a 3-year IT degree and 3–5 years in a similar capacity, with knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, ISO standards, POPIA and related regulations. Global best practices and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT GRC strategy.
• Develop and implement IT Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance policies, processes, and procedures.
• Implement IT controls aligned with risk, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
• Develop, monitor, and report on IT governance metrics and performance indicators.
• Lead preparation and facilitation of IT certification audits such as ISO 27001.
• Coordinate and support internal and external compliance audits and ensure regulatory adherence.
