Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record achieving monthly revenue targets.
• Experience managing multi-location teams (10+ members).
• Experience recruiting sales/BD teams and designing bonus schemes.

• Lead annual & quarterly strategic planning, KPIs, and resource allocation.
• Execute end-to-end group marketing plan.
