TWK Agri is seeking a Group Financial Manager: Shared Services in Pretoria to lead consolidated financial management and business support across Shared Services. You will coordinate budgeting, cash flow planning, and management reporting while ensuring strong controls, IFRS compliance and process improvement.

The role requires 3–5 years in financial management and leadership, with strong analytical capability and experience in SAP/ERP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• CA(SA) or CIMA qualification is advantageous.
• 3–5 years’ proven financial management experience, preferably in shared services.
• 3–5 years’ leadership or team coordination experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, cost allocations and internal recharges.
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS, tax and relevant legislation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual Afrikaans and English.
• SAP experience and process improvement exposure is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling; ERP/BI reporting skills.
• Strong consolidation, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to influence across multiple businesses and coordinate teams.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, consolidate and monitor cash flow forecasts for Shared Services aligned with budgets.
• Track variances and provide explanations and corrective actions.
• Assess input reliability and refine forecasting methodologies as needed.
• Support cash flow improvement through disciplined creditor management and accruals.
• Oversee debtors, intercompany recoveries and coordinate recovery actions.
• Assist liquidity planning, funding requirements and capital commitments.
• Support ERP implementation, master data cleanup and testing.
• Promote data standards and reporting consistency across Shared Services.
• Consolidate budgets and monitor monthly performance with stakeholders.
• Define cost drivers and ensure consistent reporting and action.
• Coordinate capex evaluation and post‑investment reviews.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, flag risks and opportunities.
• Support governance, insurance and asset management across Shared Services.
