TWK Agri is seeking a Group Financial Manager for the Trade division in Pretoria, Gauteng. The role focuses on consolidated financial management, budgeting, cash flow forecasting and improving financial controls across the Trade businesses.

The successful candidate will coordinate budgets, monitor performance, support ERP initiatives and provide operational financial insights to the Finance Executive: Trade, ensuring IFRS alignment and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• CA(SA) or CIMA certification is advantageous.
• 3–5 years financial management experience, preferably in agriculture/manufacturing.
• 3–5 years leadership or team coordination experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting and working capital.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and consolidate cash flow forecasts for Trade and underlying businesses.
• Monitor cash flow vs forecast and explain variances.
• Support working capital management, inventory, debtors and creditors.
• Monitor debtor aging and escalate collection risks.
• Provide liquidity planning and prioritise payments and capital commitments.
• Support ERP implementation and process improvements.
• Ensure consistent reporting standards across Trade divisions.
