A leading firm in poultry and food production in South Africa is seeking a Finance Manager: Shared Services. This role involves shaping and leading a national shared services strategy, overseeing financial disciplines including Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Taxation, and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate is a qualified CA(SA) with 5+ years in a managerial role, strong knowledge of IFRS, and a passion for operational excellence. This position offers a full-time contract with opportunities for growth within the Group Finance division.

Qualifications

• Proven financial and managerial experience with a minimum of 5 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Income Tax, and VAT Act.
• Must complete SAICA Articles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Finance Shared Services strategy.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets functions.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance and internal control frameworks.
• Lead centralised creditor and fixed asset teams.
