Financial Operations Management

• Support the Group CFO in developing and executing financial plans that drive sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term business success.
• Provide commercial insights, financial analysis, and recommendations to support business and operational decision-making.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting to support business performance and governance requirements.
• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the organization’s financial position.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and funding plans to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement through financial systems optimisation, process enhancement, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
