Job summary

Network Finance in Johannesburg North seeks a CA(SA) with strong group finance and leadership experience to own the financial reporting function across a diverse group of entities.

The Group Financial Manager will lead group reporting, consolidations, month-end close and EXCO packs, partnering with senior leadership to drive insights and robust controls.

You will mentor the finance team and collaborate with business units to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification is essential.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in finance.
• Strong experience in group reporting and consolidations.
• Experience preparing EXCO and senior management reporting packs.

A leading organisation based in JHB North is looking for an experienced Group Financial Manager to take the lead on group reporting, consolidations and financial management while partnering closely with senior leadership and EXCO.

• Lead the group financial reporting function across multiple entities.

Minimum Requirements

• CA(SA) qualification – essential.
• Minimum 5 years' management experience within a finance environment.
• Strong experience in group reporting and consolidations.
• Proven experience managing month-end and management accounts across multiple entities.
• Strong understanding of cost of sales and financial analysis.
• Experience preparing EXCO and senior management reporting packs.
• Strong leadership, analytical and commercial skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Industry Exposure

Experience within travel, hospitality, retail, gifting would be highly advantageous.
