This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient turnaround of aircraft on the ground. You will lead a team of ground handling agents, coordinate services such as baggage handling, passenger services, and aircraft servicing, and maintain high standards of operational performance and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership position with significant responsibility for day-to-day operational success in the aviation environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team of ground handling staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety standards.
• Coordinate all ground handling activities, including baggage loading/unloading, aircraft pushback, and catering services.
• Monitor aircraft turnaround times and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
