impact.com is hiring a Graduate Software Engineer to join the GRAINE Squad in Cape Town. You will rapidly develop software for the Platform, focusing on Java, unit testing and TDD, while mastering our code base and Spring stack.
You’ll collaborate closely with teammates, write tests, and contribute to high-quality code and documentation. You bring a postgraduate degree in CS or IT and at least 2 years of Java experience, with a strong drive for growth and modern Agile practices.

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will join our GRAINE (Graduates And Interns in Engineering) Squad where you have an opportunity to fast track your software development skills. You will become proficient in the latest in Java, Unit Testing, TDD, Spring, master our platform and code base.
