Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Project, Excel and Word.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts is a plus.
