Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, Asana) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning and initiation of projects.
• Help prepare project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Track project progress and address potential issues promptly.
• Maintain project documentation and databases.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Assist in creating project presentations and status updates.
• Support project closure activities and post-project reviews.
