Job summary

Iress is seeking a Graduate Product Support Analyst to join our Trading and Market Data team in Johannesburg. This 12-month internship provides hands-on training and mentoring to develop essential client support, troubleshooting, and issue-resolution skills.

You will learn our products, perform root cause analysis, create and update support documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and client experience. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (required)
• Interest and foundational understanding of financial services, trading, and market data (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Client Support and Query Resolution: Provide first-line client support, manage inquiries, and maintain professional communication
• Technical Learning and Problem Management: Gain hands-on experience with our products, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with internal teams
• Documentation and Process Improvement: Create and update support documentation and suggest process improvements
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet support goals and engage in cross-functional meetings for updates and client feedback
