Job summary

Training will be provided in using and developing basic database administration. Traveling outside Gauteng may be required as most clients are in Gauteng with some in Cape Town, Durban and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Qualifications

• A B.Sc. Actuarial Science, B.Com IT, or B.Sc. IT degree is required, with SQL knowledge.
• Interns will develop skills across client product offerings with a strong technical focus.
• Travel may be required outside Gauteng for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Identify requirements with clients' business analysts for enhancements.
• Develop workflows, test procedures, and resolve support queries.
• Analyze and resolve system errors and perform query optimization.
• Write reports, create report templates, and support data conversion/cleansing.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide holistic solutions.
