Job summary

Apex Group Ltd (Uk Branch) is seeking a motivated Graduate Product Owner Assistant to join our fully remote team. You will support Product Owners in defining product strategy, backlogs, and delivering high-quality digital products, gaining hands-on experience in agile methods and UX design.

As a recent graduate, you will collaborate with product teams, conduct user research, and help create training materials while contributing to innovation and growth within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Design, or related field.
• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Owners in defining product vision and roadmap.
• Help manage and prioritize the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure understanding.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities.
• Support the testing and validation of new product features.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain product documentation and knowledge base.
• Assist in the creation of user guides and training materials.
