Job summary

Qualifications

• ND/Bachelor's degree in HR Management/Industrial and Organisational Psychology required.
• South African citizen between 18 and 35 years old.

Responsibilities

• HR Administration & Support
• Assist with employee record management, filing, and data entry into HR systems.
• Support the preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
• Help track leave, attendance, and overtime records for operational staff.
• Recruitment & Onboarding Support
• Assist in scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and posting job ads.
• Support background checks, reference checks, and document verification.
• Help coordinate new employee onboarding (IT access, induction scheduling, uniform collection, etc.).
