Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Solid understanding of fundamental chemical engineering principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with process simulation software is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring plant performance and collecting operational data.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Participate in troubleshooting operational issues and identifying root causes.
- Contribute to the development and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in safety reviews and ensure compliance with operational safety guidelines.
- Provide general engineering support to the operations department as needed.
