Qualifications

• Recent Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• Strong academic foundation in chemical engineering principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in analyzing process data to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in the implementation of process changes and monitor their effectiveness.
• Conduct site inspections and gather data on operational performance.
• Help develop documentation for new processes or process modifications.
• Support troubleshooting efforts for production-related issues.
• Learn and apply Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Contribute to safety assessments and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Attend team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues in both remote and on-site settings.
• Gain practical experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
