This entry-level role offers mentorship and a foundation for a chemical engineering career, supporting experienced engineers to analyze processes and implement improvements for efficiency, quality, and safety.

You will contribute to optimizing operations within our manufacturing facility while developing skills in process data analysis, PHAs, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of process simulation software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in collecting and analyzing process data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of process changes and monitor their effectiveness.
• Participate in process hazard analyses (PHAs) and safety reviews.
• Develop and update SOPs and technical documentation.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of process issues under supervision.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
