Responsibilities

• AI and User Experience: analyze user behaviour to inform the design of intuitive, human-centered AI systems within our chat commerce platform.
• Creative Problem Solving: think creatively to address industry-specific problems and user perspectives.
• Technology Trends: stay updated on AI/ML trends and how to apply them to SaaS offerings.
• Product Development: participate in ideation, prototyping, and testing of new features focusing on UX with AI.
• Market Research: identify opportunities for innovation and ensure solutions are user-friendly and competitive.
