Groves Health in New Malden is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy NHS GP practice. You will oversee an administrative team, ensure safe, high-quality patient care and drive service improvements.

You will work with clinical and operational leaders to meet NHS standards, manage governance, and deliver efficient, compliant services while fostering staff development and engagement across the site.

Qualifikationen

• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent experience.
• GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
• Management qualification at Level 5 or above (or willing to obtain within 12 months).
• Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational leadership and oversee day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring safe, effective, high-quality patient services.
• Lead, support and develop administrative and reception teams, promoting a positive, high-performing culture.
• Manage workforce including recruitment, induction, performance management, absence management, wellbeing and mandatory training.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards, NHS contractual requirements, GDPR, H&S, safeguarding and policies.
• Lead investigation and management of patient complaints, incidents, ensuring learning and continuous improvement.
