Job summary

Japie Van Zyl Attorneys in Potchefstroom is seeking a Legal Administrator to support corporate governance and trust-law administration. You will handle documentation, records, meeting material and filing, while assisting with client follow-ups.

The role requires experience in legal or corporate-governance administration, strong communication, fluency in English and Afrikaans, and a valid driver's license. Knowledge of corporate governance or trusts is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Relevant legal, administrative or corporate-governance experience.
• Corporate-governance or trust-administration experience is advantageous.
• A legal or corporate-governance qualification is advantageous.
• A valid driver’s licence, professional communication skills and fluency in English and Afrikaans.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in corporate-governance and trust-law matters.
• Prepare and maintain corporate and trust documentation, records, registers and meeting material.
• Manage correspondence, filing and client follow-ups.
• Support the Corporate Governance and Trusts team with general legal administration.
